material quantity instantly, convert material request list to PO
automatically and send to purchase department.

products' BOM listing (unlimited level), production period, production
line operating hours and efficiencies, and factory holiday etc.,
calculates when should each production job starts, when should material
be ready and when should semi-products be produced according to
ETD provided; or vice versa, calculates ETD by according to existing
production factors.
Queue-Jumping
Multiable's CRP re-scheduling function enables
you to improve adaptability to dynamic customer demands. After PMC
managers prioritize their objectives, the re-scheduling and queue
jumping coordination can be processed by the system. Moreover, system
is able to lock jobs that cannot be re-allocated in order to reduce
the influence to the existing production schedule.
Earliest ETD Analysis
Not only price, but also delivery dates are customers'
concerns when placing orders. Customers' satisfaction will be reduced
if committed delivery dates cannot be achieved. But how can sales
or front-end staffs provide an accurate delivery date?
The answer is our Earliest Delivery Date Analysis function. This
function is able to generate earliest delivery date according to
current production status, production line capacity, and stock level
of finish goods, semi-products and materials.
Plastic Scrap Reuse
Modules tailored for plastic scrap reuse handling
and generating quantity of plastic and pigment needed for production
according to moulds and plastic scrap information, which further
enhance the line productivity for your enterprise.
Decoration Plan
For parts or semi-products need painting or paint
spraying, numerous and complex calculations are needed to calculate
actual quantity usage of paints and solvents. You can leave this
